The Crocketteers will host their mid-year annual general meeting (AGM) on Saturday, August 1st at 11:00 am. at the Fox and Hound on Vance Jackson Road. On the agenda will be the following items.

Approval of minutes from January AGM
Election of open position of an At-large member
Committee reports
Merchandise for the fall
Membership drive
Tailgate report
MLS update
New Business
Old Business

Members in good standing that wish to run for the position of at-large member can submit a letter of intent to run for the position to elections@crocketteers.com. Per our by-laws here is the description of the position.

AT LARGE BOARD MEMBERS: These Officers are allowed to vote on all issues
presented to the Board for approval. They will also be assigned to oversee Committees,
as designated by the Board.

All paid members who are in good standing will be eligible to vote in the election process. The meeting is open to all members and potential members of the Crocketteers.
